I have a small house located in southern North Dakota that makes a wonderful "Hunting Shack" in an area of prime waterfowl and pheasant hunting during the fall; excellent goose and turkey hunting each spring; and the very best northern and walleye fishing as well as some trout each summer. Not at all fancy but it is much cheaper than the very hard to get motel rooms for groups of hunting diehards or trainers wanting to position themselves within easy reach of the upper mid-west, Rocky Mountain and Canadian field trials.
