Walker - CURRENTLY AVAILABLE - a neutered 4 1/2 yr. old male Chesapeake.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this dog!

Walker is simply a wonderful guy -- although he's on the large side -- and is oh so sweet!!

Walker's a fun-loving dog that's fairly easy going and just a pleasure to be around. He's housebroken, crate trained, good with other dogs, likes to play fetch (although he doesn't bring the ball back right away), rides well in the car, knows basic commands (sit, down, stay, kennel) and walks well on leash. He is very gentle at taking treats, loves to give kisses but can be a little mouthy when he gets excited. He takes corrections well and really wants you to be pleased with him. Who ever adopts this boy is getting themselves a real gem.

Walker also has the BIGGEST Chessie grin that I've seen in a while. When he's happy, after you've been gone for awhile, to see you, he'll wrinkle up both sides of his nose and show you one of the biggest toothiest Chessie grins. It's so cute, he'll walk around for a couple of minutes just curling up his lips and sneezing while grinning at you. Also, if you scold Walker, he will give a half-grin which looks like he's lifting one lip -- like Elvis. These 'lip-curling' actions should not be mistaken for aggression, as they are grins of happiness and submissivness, and Walker should NOT be punished or scolded for these behaviors.
