Chester is a beautiful, 4 year old (1/8/04) Chesapeake Bay Retriever and currently resides in Upper Black Eddy, PA. His owner recently passed and we're desperately trying to find him a loving home. He has a Pedigree Certificate and was bred at Colonial Kennel in Rhode Island (they called him Lil' Griff). He's a bit rambunctious, but, very friendly and lovable. He loves to run and play "fetch", so he does need some space, and preferably, a younger owner (to keep up with him). He's a rather large Chessie....about 80-90 lbs, with gorgeous yellow/green eyes and a golden brown coat. He's had some formal training and his trainer will gladly offer one free lesson to his new owner. He is not neutered. His breeder will take him back, but, I'd much rather find him a good home!
