Just had a call from Jerry Fraser in New Mexico to say thet the bitch puppy, "Brandy" had won a flushing and retrieve contest at his local hunting club beating 40 adults, mostly those black dogs. Brandy was seven months old on Jabuary 2, and is a pup from Ch. Wyndham's Minnesota out of Ch. Suegartree's Katrine, which is the same female family kept for generations by Deloris Schirmer as the mother of "Canvas". Both of "Brandy's" grandsires were sons of HR Ch Cedarcrick Red Zinger, which brought in some "Barry" "blood". Jerry Fraser has had "Brandy out several times a week mostly on quail and a few pheasants. They are now headed for south Texas for some ducks to finish this year. Guess the winners pot from the 41 dog stake ought to add a few frills to that up coming trip!

Congratulations Jerry!

An awesome trait of our dogs is that they, truly, can do it ALL!(look at CH / AFC Blaze!).

I remember when Jay Paris and Deloris Schirmer bred to Decks; after long phone conversations, they made it seem like the next logical step would be for me to send a "Dowry"!

All kidding aside, they are both very conscientious breeders; as one can tell by the quality of the dogs they regularly turn-out.

Best of luck in TX!!

Bruce
