I have been doing some research on my pup, and I found these dogs in his line of breeding. Please keep in mind that I went 4 generations back all together! Does anyone know anything about these dogs?

Not sure if this is where you found some information but, it is always interesting to poke around on the breeding....some of the famous field breedings in the background....

Paul,

That is great! I pulled a 5 generation pedigree off of AKC, and I entered a few of the dogs on chessiedb.org

Thank you so much for doing that research for me! It seems like there are a few really good dogs in his line! That is great! I guess it explains why a fool like me can get him to listen! The breeding must be doing it all for me!'

As I recall, this dog was a littermate to two other MH WDQ bitches, one of which was also a Champion. They came from a litter bred by Jane & John Bilello when then lived here in California, and they go back to Ch. CFC Ironwoods Stone E Cubs*** two or three times.

Josh, This is an old thread, but I thot I'd respeond anyway. Timber belonged to a good friend of mine, Kathleen Erwin. He was a great dog. Talented and had a very nice disposition. He produced nice pups including Gracey, the mother of my Ike. Gracey is one of the nicest Chessies I have seen. You can see Ike on the stud dog page.

For anyone who might be interested there is still some frozen Semen from Timber available.
