Hey Everyone,
Just a quick question regarding the use of "limited AKC registrations" by breeders...Is it now the common way Chesapeake breeders are giving papers to their owners?

I don't know about "common". I do know some breeders are using it.

I don't have a problem with LIMITED REGISTRATION if the breeder is using it to promote responsible breeding. Example: allowing for full registration after the dogs hips and eyes have been certified, and not just giving a FULL REGISTRATION for an extra fee like I have seen.
