I have a friend in Iowa who has been looking for a started female to start hunting before he has to retire his eight or nine year old male.
His male is out of CFC,CAFC When Harry Met Jessie and a bitch that went back into Widgeon and Capital City Jake.
How is your girl in the water and has she been shot over with a shot gun ?
My friend does alot of water hunting but also hunts upland birds on a regular bases.
I talk to him and he would like to talk with you about the bitch if you are interested.
Please send me a private note and we can exchange numbers so you two can get in contact.
He does not have a computer and therefore all
communication will have to be over the phone or fax or snail mail.

Dayzee has been sold...thanks everyone for your interest...

She is going to a home where she will see hundreds of birds shot...waterfowl, geese, pheasant...and will be a house companion too...I can't wait to get the first pics of her first hunt....and know that I had a part in getting her there...Gonna miss you 'little toot'...

Glad to hear you have been able to place Dayzee
in a good home and hope all goes well for her with her new best friends.
I talked to my friend but he didn't think it would work for him and I was gpoing to write and let you know when I saw your great news !
I was out hunting this morning so I was a little late in getting on the computer, but all has worked out well for you and for the dog.
I know it is always hard to let them go and you will have had a great deal to do with making the right thing happen for the little girl.
