I'm a duck/goose/pheasant hunter living in eastern Pa. I hunt the Lehigh and Delare rivers, as well as southern NJ. I have an 9-year old male Chessie, Jake, who is a great hunter and generally friendly with other dogs and the two other dogs (female Bassett, female Dachsund) in our home. He's my second Chessie, and the third dog I've trained (first was a Springer).
He's at the age now where I need to find another pup to hunt with us. Could you please PM me add'l info, perhaps a photo?
