Cur-San's Sport'n the Hope OFA 7791 Excellent) "Cutter" has normal hips, elbows, eyes, DM status, and EIC status He has one leg toward his Master Hunter title, and is a handsome dog owned by Sandra Dollar of the well-known Cur-San's Kennel in Wisconsin. Dam: HRCH Flatwater's Lick Creek Roz, SH, CGC (OFA CB-9021G40F-PI) Good (Lind's Northcreek Magnum, MH OFA 6539 Good x Flatwater's Turkey Creek Magnum OFA 7303 Good) "Roz" has normal hips, elbows, eyes, and DM status. She is a beautiful bitch with only 2 more wins needed for her championship, in addition to her UKC Hunting Retriever Champion and her AKC Senior Hunter titles. She is also a certified Canine Good Citizen. Last season she retrieved 500-600 birds, including ducks, geese, pheasant and doves. Puppies due July 11 so will be available the end of August. They will be introduced to water, pigeons and ducks, and of course retrieving, and will be well socialized. Dew claws will be removed and vaccinations up to date. This is an opportunity to obtain a superior Chesapeake puppy in terms of field talent, looks, temperament, and health clearances. The pedigree contains Master Hunters going back 4 generation. We are located by Grand Island, Nebraska, which is about 2 hours from Omaha, 4 hours from Kansas City, and 6 hours from Denver. Billy, see below, I read this to mean that both dogs tested normal for the DM gene. I also listed the sire of my last litter like that: Normal and listed all the tests he'd had with normal results (DM, elbows, eyes, PRA, etc.) Although I don't know what is meant by "normal" hips certainly the OFA is calling N/N results Normal.
Pat can correct me if I'm wrong but that is how I read it: Normal/Clear for DM gene sire, Normal/clear for DM gene dam.
