Well it looks like the kids gave the dog poison ivy on her nose !!! errrrrrrrr
She is scratching the hell out of it and it is starting to bleed Can I put cream on it like I did the kids ??? |

Is her nose swollen? If so sounds like a bug bite. Benadryl will help with the itchiness. Creams she will more than likely lick off right away.

You are correct about it being the result of a bite of some sort. I am lucky to have my vet as a friend and took dutchess over to see Kathleen's house tonight. She gave me some pills for Dutchess to take for a few days to see if it clears it up.

Glad you were able to get her looked at and that she is on the road to recovery. Those bug bites are nasty and don't feel to good when the face is swollen.

If it doesn't clear up, have her tested for Lupus as that is one of the signs.
