I noticed zit like sores on the insides of the back legs on my 20 week old. some are white and some are just red. we hunted in wheat stubble yesterday could that have caused this?

The photo link wouldn't work for me so I can't say by looking at the photo what it could be. But it sounds like poss a staph infection on the skin. Could be from hunting in the wheat but if they have white head look to them then more likely skin infection. If it doesn't go away trip to the vet is in order.
