Whats the best way to attach feathers/wings to a bumper or dokin trainer?

Long zip ties from a Home Depot/hardware type store, Wal-Mart.

Well, first I dry them for a week outside, usually on the roof. This gets the sun on them and lets the odor go above most of humanity. Then I just use electricians tape at either end, which is easily renewed when needed, and doesn't come off easily.
