I've been training in the evenings around 8:00pm,buts its still 80plus deg outside.Thats the latest I can still train with daylight.Whats should I do? On the weekends I train in the mornings when its cooler ,but I go to work too early during the week to train in the mornings.I still only train about 15mins in the evening ,but its still real warm for Gunner.Any help or ideas thanks
