Ran across this "time lapse" video which was filmed over several weeks, showing the entire process.

I don't know the fella doing the FF, but I know almost ALL the folks giving testimonials.

I have not seen this video. But I think the concept is excellant. Several years back I tried to get a pro-trainer friend of mine to do this exact scenario. (He is excellent with a very soft hand). This guy beat him to the punch.
