Way to go Clayton.....Sorry we couldn't make it to S & S. How many more legs does your guy need for his MH?

How did GiGi and her 'Big' Deadgrass Chessie do in the Junior.....I think this qualification would give him his JH title!!!!

Yep, Ki earned his JH at Sand & Sage today in a real nail biter (Keep in mind that this is the same dog who, on the final leg for his CD title, left the ring between the sits and downs and still qualified!). Should have named him Cliffhanger!

The rolling hills of sage took their toll on some of the -mostly younger- dogs in the land series, but Ki marked these well. Shot flyer on the water, no problem. 2nd water mark- final mark for his title-a pitched bird into a little lagoon where the shadows were now pretty heavy. He took off on a decent line, drifted left a bit, then totally lost the bird. He headed back eventually, so I handled him. One more "over" and I would have been in the water with him! But it all worked out. Huge applause from the gallery when he spotted the bird and picked it up. Whew!

Thanks, Norene. Could have done without the last minute thrills!

Clayton had an awesome weekend with his two. So happy for him, and grateful TO him for all the training help.
