The field trial specialty will be Sept. 14-16 in the Ronan, Montana, area. Details have been posted by Julie Cole on Chesapeakes Unlimited. And, yes Billy, it will be between two all-breed trials in the area. Make reservations early; the number of motels in the area is limited, but the grounds are marvelous--and Keith is right, the scenery is great (even if my sleeping bag days are behind me).

in Specialty in Sept and then on to the west coast to put the Rv somewhere till we use it to do the pacific coats hwy for next winter . Anyone with some spare land to park an RV and tow dolley for a couble of month . say around the end of Dec.

I don't have all the information at hand, Billy, but I believe the trial before is that of the Mission Valley RC (formerly Jackson Hole RC, now moved to Montana) and that after the Western Montana RC (whose trial is in the same general area as the specialty). A bit further away, but easily do-able on the weekend preceding the specialty is the Wood River RC near Sun Valley, ID (that one I'm sure of, as I'm judging the Derby and Qual).
