Wendy that would be great. Isn't Yakity a Blaze puppy? Does that mean Rudy is in her breeding?

Her run looks much better than the others in the videoclips :

She doesn't need as many "beeps"/stops and looks happy while working (in foreigners eyes).

In what way "clean"? (foreigner with no knowledge of your system)

I'm assume "clean" meant not having needed handled (directed) to any of its marks (birds seen thrown/shot), but Linda did need to handle in the eigth series and didn't make the callback/cut for the ninth.

Still a wonderful run for the pair.

All in all, a wonderful run with a talented Chesapeake bitch in an era when there are so few Peake females that can play the field trial game.

Linda, we were all rooting for you and would have loved to see you finish. It would have been fitting for someone who has given this breed so much for 35 years.

We all hope to see "Yakitty" finish her field title in the near future. She certainly deserves it.

It was great watching one chessie running with the best. I know Linda could taste it because I kept dreaming of seeing a chessie on the winner table. Next year.

Well if my counting is correct there were 97 dogs entered, all Labs except 3 Goldens and 2 Chessies.

By the ?seventh? series 46 dogs were "dropped", 1 Chesapeake, 2 Goldens and 49 out of 92 Labs.

A great result!

(this is not The Linda writing, it is another)
