Just wanted to say congratulations to a real nice, hard working guy and Amateur trainer on his success in Oregon.

All that great retriever talent that resides in your club in Washington must have rubbed off on you and "Ike". Being around people like Ken Jackson (FC/AFC Creek Robber), Frank Kashevarof (Nat. winners "Carbon" & "Chopper") and many others is very, very cool.

Way to go Dave!

And to all the rest of those nice Peakes and their owners who have been successful at this event.

Keith

....and with "Yakitty's" 2nd place Open finish, she is soooooooo very close to being the first FC/AFC Chesapeake female in many, many years.

Linda, we are rooting for you and hope you finish her soon.

Congratulations to Dave and "Ike"! If memory serves, Ike is out of "Ace" (Nordom's Chase the Ace) who is a littermate to my "Fancy". Ace and Fancy were out of one of the very first Decks breedings (to my "Kelly").

Thanks Everyone!

What a thrill to win the Specialty Open! Heck, I'm very happy my puppy won junior puppy!

Looking at the Skipper Bob Trophy I am awed by the names on it, including Kurt and Angie's Blaze. I watched him win in '98. It was the first time I had ever seen a field trial.

Yes John, you have it right. Ike is out of Ace. A very nice Peake out of your Fancy.

Thanks again everyone!

I must have been very tired last night, or brain dead. I typed in Fancy, when of course Ace is out of Kelly.

Congrats to Dave and "Ike"......Way to go! Wink

(Also wanted to clarify that Ace's registered name is:
Deck's Chase the Ace - he does not have Nordom's in front of his name. I don't know where that started, but just wanted to correct it!)
