Littermates Abe and Katie ran another good trial at Westchester this weekend. Katie beat her brother with a derby second while Abe placed 3rd. ( Abe is still ahead in points, with a total of 7 points, vss Katie with 6 points). They are keeping me on my toes, as they need about 20 minutes of tune up marks before taking them to line. They love to run, and will run all over the place in the first series if I don't take the time to let them run off their steam!) I saw Kurt and Blaze, and Mike and LB and Loppy, and Gerard ,with his black dogs at the trial. I left before the trail was over. It looked like a tough set of marks in the Amateur, a triple, with the flyer on the middle and two retired guns, over very hilly terrain with streams running through, etc. Wendy

Way to Go Wendy! Congrats on the placements. Bonz to the littermates. I sure like that Katie not to sell her brother short but she is quite the nice girl dog.
