"Curry's" recent field trial accomplishment is pretty remarkable on several levels and is an example of the tenacity of both the owner and his Chesapeake. First of all, without going into details, it is a miracle that "Curry" even was able to run another field trial after what took place at the end of last year. Also, he turns 10 next month. Not too many Peakes still placing and finishing the All Age stakes in All Breed trials at this age. Labs for sure, but Peakes are few and far between. I can remember a few like "Chase", "Suade", Steve Parker running "Sally", "Meg", "Little Sally" long ago and I am sure there are more. My memory is "fuzzy" this morning and need some good coffee.

Hats off to John Ackerman and "Curry".

Keith
