The Can Man won the open at swamp and is a FC/AFC. Will be going to Idaho for the Nat AMA. Kenny had tears in his eyes and I think Scott did too! More details to come. Canvass smoked the Open!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Last weekend Ken and I were at a gun station at Hank McNeil's Winslow Farms while training. It was raining sideways. I told Ken that I was crazy for getting so cold and wet. But Ken [never cries uncle] says "Just think of it this way, we will have one more days of training then normal people". With that kind of drive our training group has, natural talent of Canvass, owners Ken Erikson and Scott "Big Daddy" Martin, Field Champion, Amateur Field Champion Sunday's Rufwater Canvasback MH goes into the record books.

When they call The Can Man to the line at the big dance in Idaho --Field Champion and Amateur Field Champion "Sunday's Rufwater Canvasback MH" a Chesapeake Bay Retriever male owned by Ken Erikson and Scott Martin every Chesapeake owner [lot of Lab people] will be there will Kenny!! Teamchesapeake is very, very PROUD of Canvass, Ken and Scott!!!

It won't every get any better when you get to tell your friends Excellent Job!!

Congratulations Ken and Scott,

That is really an accomplishment. It is also pretty neat that he is doing so well just before running the National Amateur. Maybe Canvass or Tiger will finally win it this year. Nobody else is qualified, are they?
