So, there's a woman in Germany who makes 'vector files' out of photographs.

She first found my photos on flickr.com and she then friended me on Facebook. Of course, I bragged about her talents on my Facebook wall and she has since made several other Chesapeake 'vector arts' for other people.

Anyways, today, she posted an item she made for TeamChesapeake in color which I thought was great as I've only seen her black and white renditions previously.

Below is the artwork that was created. I'm curious to know what photo was the Vector Art created from initially? And, would you be so kind to post the origial?

Can't help with your request, although I like the design. Would make a great window sticker for my huntin truck, with the caption "Hard core hunter choose hard core dogs-Chesapeake Bay Retrievers"

Ok now I want one for my truck! Is this something TeamChesapeake will offer for sale? I always wanted a ACC Sticker for my truck, but you have to be a member, not a problem. Problem you have to have two members to endorse you...

Kerrie, there was no photo, i asked Mareike to design a Chessie with a duck and this what she came up with. This girl has amazing talent! TC has first shot at this design for their logo.

Ahhh, Randy, I thought you might have been a driving force behind that logo/image. <grin>

Isn't she amazing? I couldn't believe it when she contacted me on FB and showed me what she had done with my images from Flickr. Of course, everything I saw was done in black & white. This color graphic she did is outstanding. I simply love the detail/colors in the duck.

Randy is correct and has been very kind to take
an interest in this project and I would like to thank him for doing so.

Thanks for the offer I have another Team Chesapeake member help me out with the sponsorship.

This does bring up a point of frustration. CBR stuff is not readily available at alot of retailers, including hunting outlets. Mack's Prairie Wings, Cabelas, duck unlimited to name a few, they just don't carry much CBR stuff. I understand marketing, and the interest in labs is greater...But the CBR is the ultimate gundog for waterfowl.
