and the new beginning for the severly crippled Chesapeake Bay Retriever picked up in east Washington State earlier this year with both front legs broken.

My sister lives in the Tri-Cities and sent me the link. I live on the West side of the state, Seattle news never spoke a word about the story. Seattle news is a little "high brow" compared to Tri-Cities news...
