This thread is just a thank you for all the members of this site who live outside of the US and Canada and participate in various activities with their Chesapeakes. Many of us enjoy hearing the stories and accomplishments of your dogs. As I have looked thru the membership list of TC and have seen many of the names on line, I have been amazed at the sheeer number of you all!

And I do have a copy of Rene Valenzuela's (from Chile) DVD about the 2005 Field Trial Specialty in NJ and it is very enjoyable. There is still a link on the front page.

Well this lot on the left are now well into their work duties in the English shooting season. We have Sue Worrall joining us for a guest appearance with her bitch, Kes at the end of the month. Wherever Sue goes, some great photo's follow and so hopefully we'll be able to post some great stuff from our pheasant hunting days.

Christine Martin is flying over from Austria soon to pick up a Nate x Hannah puppy, so the number of Chessies in Europe keeps growing. Of course, she's not new to Chessies, but maybe now we can get her to send some of her neat photos of European Search and Rescue training and competition which she is involved in. That's the work she plans for her new pup.

Thank you for welcoming the overseas chessie people to Team Chesapeake. Down here in New Zealand we feel miles away from the Chesapeake's home country so its nice to be involved in this forum to keep in touch. I'll try to keep the field trial news coming and get some pics up also.

Puffin II and Southern Md's Dances with Wolves

His Puppy Info

He's 3 now and I don't think he's ever gonna bulk up. And his fur is the quick drying kind - really coarse like a brillo pad.

Teresa,

Your welcome and as I mentioned on your other thread in the Field Trial News, loved the photos in your Scrapbook.

I was in the local coffee shop yesterday morning in Mesa (one of my hangouts with all the great food) using the high speed Internet and the owner of the establishment came over to chat and she was looking at several of your photos while I was on line. Nathalie remarked on how much she enjoyed her 3 trips to New Zealand and filled me in on a few particulars of your country that I was unaware of. A fun day!

So that why I thought that I should know this dog. My neighbor has a brother, I believe.
The coarse coat and lenght are just like my neighbors, and he has not really "bulked up".

I was not sure if boy could have been one of the boys from the Charleston's litter. I never knew where they all went to.

Does you guy parlevue yet? lol Sorry, I'm Penna. German background and don't know french.
