I heard back from the programmer/IT guy in charge of the DM form. The problem seems to be that they hadn't allowed for late neutering of dogs/bitches. The form only allows for the age at neutering to be expressed in weeks or months. My dog was neutered at about 9 years of age (i.e., over 450 weeks), which crashed the program. A fix is planned.

I mentioned to him that it is possible that some people could be providing information in a format other than weeks or months.

I thought that was odd also when I filled out the questionaire. I spayed my female who is now 10 at 2 yrs so I could put in 24 months. Hopefully they will revise it soon.

The survey seemed more directed at aggression behavior. Have they got the right questions in there?

I agree with you too! They got a good one with me answering since my female is aggressive.

I just finished the survey. What does the aggresion questions have to do with DM?

It looks as though the problem with the form has been fixed - I was able to enter info on both of my veteran dogs.
