Tiger lost his battle with DM today. It was a very sad day for Kathy and myself. Thanks to Bruce, Linda and Mitch, and Patsy. Lots of tears!

My deepest regrets. Tiger will be remembered for more than just the letters before his name. The breed owes him a great debt for being the "poster dog" that has helped get a handle on the disease that he lived with and eventually ended his life.

But there is one best place to bury a dog. If you bury him in this spot, he will come to you when you call - come to you over the grim, dim frontiers of death and down the well remembered path to your side again.
And though you call a dozen living dogs to heel, they shall not growl at him nor resent his coming, for he belongs there.
