DD! How are you?

Long time since Idaho in 2004 and you must have many, many stories to share.

When I received the disc of photos yesterday in the mail from Billy, was browsing thru them all and I could have sworn that was you in a couple of pictures. Hope you had a great time re-connecting and enjoying the Peakes in Maine!

Keep in touch.

Keith

DD,

If you look at the photo posted of Bruce and Marlene, isn't that you sitting on the left side the gallery with your right arm suppporting your chin, wearing a floppy hat, brown jacket and pink shirt with a camera on your lap?

Well Jacky,

DD IS SPECIAL and he has not posted on TC since early 2005 but I am sure if he wants to stick around, he will comply.

And besides, he goes back in time when Team Chesapeake was very much a different site than it is now.

From DD way back when.

"This was my first time visit to the ACC specialty. As an outsider and foreigner(but also as a friend!!!)it did make an big and hugh impression on me.What an organisation from the fieldtrialcomm(excellent Linda et all!!!),friends and what a spirit was hanging over this trial.Everybody was helping and advizing everybody of course everybody wanted to win but the helping or advizing hand was given by everybody, never have seen this before by other trials.Congratulations to you all,but most of all to our browndogs,it was and is beautifull and fantastic to see.

I really know now what a heck of a job it is to organize this and also to get all these pictures together(o.k.Billy,you're a great guy!!!!!!!)
If you ever have THE oppertun.to be at the ACC specialty(next year New Jersey)come and join,it's fun-and fantastic and everybody you can ask anything, there are no differences amongst us!!!

Hey all you crazy girls(Linda P.!!!Julie C."Fergie"Laurel,Angie etc.etc.)and boys("Billy"Bruce "Smith" Mitchell,ahum,Scot,John,Kurt,Jon,Jack,Keith etc.etc.
you have made"

And his post was in response to Tim Lockard.

"Wendy & Team members, Yes, the grapevine info. that was past here is correct, as I read it.

I know your're all dying for news from the trial and it's been a few days so, I will give ya the unoffical results of what I have from my trial catalog. The wild rugged country and perfect weather made for a great trip! What a terrific time I had and the highlight definitley was meeting other Team Chesapeake and long time ACC members.

Dr. John Lundy was on hand and was awarded the Life Time Achievement Award at thursday's banguet. The Specialty was dedicated to Dr. Lundy. Just being present for the award presentation and getting a chance to meet and exchange stories with Dr. Lundy was well worth making the trip!

Unoffically from my catalog I have the following results:

OPEN:
1st #30 Canvas/S. Martin
2nd #29 Stormy/T. Cox
3rd #1 Ike/D. Miller
4th #17 Shae/P. Hanlon
RJ #27 Yakity/L. Harger
Jams: 6,7,10,12,15,21,22,23,25,26

4th #23 Loppy/M. Coutu

Oh I was only teasing re. DD but I think you knew that. He was certainly a very fun companion for our stay in Maine. In fact there ware times he had me laughing hysterically.

How great to see some of the TC archives too. Dom didn't tell me Scott had won the Open that year.

UK Chessie hunt tests are this weekend. Nowhere near such a grand affair as Maine but they are there for someone to win and it's always nice to end the competitive season in the exclusive company of Brown Dogs. We are making a weekend of it and it's my 50th birthday on Saturday so it will be a great "bash". I'll get Sue to post some photo's as she's our TCUK "official" photographer.
