OK, it's time to get this show on the road. If I could give you a much better message board that was very user friendly and allowed attachments, would you be willing to re-register?

Please tell us your wish list for the improvement of this site.

All sound like excellent ideas to me Kent.

If no one wants to put forth any ideas, that is their choice but I don't want any whining when it's done and all in place. Now is the time to get those "suggestions" out.

Trish - I included a couple suggestions in a PM to Marty and Kieth - hopefully they will pass on to you.

Thank you Diane. I'll set down with them and lay out the plans. Some things I think that might be nice is maybe a user photo gallery or user "articles".

Maybe many of us just like what is here and think you do a great job ... I lurk on the Chat, Hunting Stories, FT News, Training - and Health/Genetics when there's anything new. If short of time, I just look at Chat and Training. Trish, if no one's complaining, they must like it and you're doing a good job! (The Dirty Washing isn't a complaint about the site's format, is it? - rhetorical question!!!)

Thanks Kent. It's working test season here too (field trials don't start until the shooting season starts) so there's lots of training going on right now ... which is probably why I'm checking this site out more often - I've been bitten by the bug!

Both of you UK folks have very pretty dogs BTW !

Kent[/QUOTE]

Hey Kent - we've got some great looking dogs. Wink While you are "here" you were so kind when I was so distressed about my youngster being diagnosed with elbow dysplacia. Whilst it turned out to be a really expensive misdiagnosis due to 3 arthroscopes and no insurance she was still operated on for severed tendons and we are now in the process of a long rehab. No hunting for this girl this year. However, things are looking really good and I am back to letting her off the leash for a swim and letting her do a few water retreives. Still a way to go but things are definitely looking UP!!

I could have bought a fully trained dog for the amount she has cost me but I love my baby. She is the dark one at the front of my avatar

Way off thread......... sorry

can you think of any better ways to break the information down or would it be better condensed?

A section on recommended books and video's for begginers, taking them through all of the steps of basic training!

It would make it easier for them to apply some of the recommendations given from this web sight.

It could also be a potential source of revenue for the sight?

Thank you! That is a definite possibility that I will discuss with Keith and Marty.
