Hi Billy,

I sent a draft of the article for the Penn Vet web site/Bellweather to Dr. Long last week. I heard back from him - he likes it, but we both agree that is needs a final short paragraph. It's more of a promotional piece for Dr. Long/Penn Vet with an alumni connection (through Wendy) than a detailed description of the research effort.

In the meantime, I heard from Diane Mazy, and Melissa wants to write the article for the Bulletin, which is fine by me. I'm going to provide them (and you - if you want it) the text that Dr. Long and I put together. I'm sure that he will also want to use some of the photos that you took. Have you been in touch with him?

I suggested to Dr. Long that it would be great if we could have the article ready to send off by the middle of this week. I'll let you and Diane know when I hear back from him.

Cheers,
Claire

Me again!

I had to prod Dr. Long only once. He sent his improvements today, I made minor suggestions, and it's a go. I sent it to Diane Mazy tonight. Will Dr. Long send it to the Penn Vet/Bellwether people, or, Billy, are you supposed to do that? You guys can take it from here.

This must be some sort of record!

You're welcome. The article is written for Penn Vet/the Bellwether, so the slant is a bit different from what I would write for this site or the ACC Bulletin. I'll send it to you today.

Can't open the links from this end either, guess I'm just technologically challenged.

Glad it is not just me. When I move the cursor over the link it does not change. Also the type is white and not underlined unlike the other links.

Adam What link are you trying. Everthing seems to be working here.

Stillwater, Oklahoma 2007 is the link to other pixs. It's in light blue and is underlined. It's at the top of the index page under the banner.

Good advice to go with the Chaps. Every article of Filson Clothing I have ever owned has shrunk over time (No I never wash it, yes I got fatter, and yes I am sure it shrunk). A couple of my friend’s stuff shrunk too. The stuff is die-hard but it does shrink.
